All iFDA staff are UEFA qualified, CRB checked and understand the importance of pastoral care as well as player development. All staff are experienced in working at football’s premier clubs and institutes. In addition to core coaching staff we employ a team of male and female pastoral staff, shadow coaches and administrators, all of whom are available 24 hours a day during each course.

Each week The iFDA will be bringing special top flight coaches to work with all our players. These special "surprise guests" have been at the pinnacle of modern football and coaching. Their identities will not be disclosed on The iFDA website, our leaflets, or our Facebook campaign. We are completely privileged and honoured to be able to offer these individuals.
