The International Football Development Academy is a network of coaches, scouts and physiology experts who provide elite football coaching. All iFDA staff have collectively worked with some of the world's biggest players and clubs.

What schemes do we run?
We operate two Community Development Centres in the Greater Manchester area (open invite) on Saturday and Sunday mornings which provide direct routes to the Elite Development Centre (invite or referral only).

Our Elite Development Centre is open to 35 players only, many of whom are already signed at professional centres/academies in the North West. This centre offers progression into a variety of professional clubs in the North-West England region with five players trialling with Premiership sides within the first month of opening.

The iFDA also run a week long Residential course during the months of July-August every year. This sees over 100 players fly from all across the world to live, eat and train together experiencing a full time professional athlete's routine.

What will a player get with the iFDA?
Whether they come to the Development Centres or Residential Camp, each player will be put through a periodised age specific programme working on realistic techniques and practices with Academy coaches. We employ Conditioning Specialists, Physiotherapists, Nutritionists and Psychologists using video analysis and other modern approaches to educate our players.
